Gluten-free, Dairy-free & Nut-free recipe book

Useful website: www.superallergycookbook.com

I've just come across Super Allergy Girl™ Allergy & Celiac Cookbook, From A Mother Who Knows™ by Lisa A. Lundy.

As a life-long food allergy sufferer, and the parent of three food-allergic children, author and speaker Lisa Lundy writes and speaks from experience.

The website contains some great information including an article entitled "Food Allergies in Infants, Toddlers, and Young Children".

Plus there is a delicious sounding recipe for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins!

Blog: FatFree Vegan Kitchen

Interesting Blog: www.blog.fatfreevegan.com

There are so many blogs out there (including this one!) and sometimes it is hard work to sift out the good ones.

But it is worth doing because if you have certain allergies, such as dairy or egg, some of the vegan blogs can be a great source of information and recipes.

The Fatfree Vegan blog fits into this description! Most of the recipes on the site look fantastic, including these Sweet Potato Falafels which look and sound delicious!

honeybuns.co.uk

Useful website: www.honeybuns.co.uk

Honeybuns produce some delicious sounding wheat & gluten-free cakes. Their recipes are naturally free of gluten because they use polenta and ground nuts rather than wheat flour.

This is their Mooosh Bar (gluten-free and dairy-free) which is a chocolate, polenta and mint shortbread slice made with olive oil.

Mmm, definitely worth checking out!!
